Our to do list

1. Dome (a.k.a Yaichnica)
Dome is done, thanks to our joint effort. The painting project and tarp fitting (without actually building the dome, Igor) still need to happen. Note, that it can happen on the playa (I am not very secure about it, but I think this part we can risk). The paint arrived, it is VERY UV sensitive, and it will shine well when painted on the white and yellow.

What needs to be done: We need to figure out how to make the stencil. It will arrive from Masha in Illustrator format, and it has to be taken to the printer who has a big plotter capable of cutting out the pattern on self - adhesive oracal vinyl paper. I have a suspicion that Fast Signs do it, but I am not sure. So. Someone need to find out how much it going to cost, where we will do it, and work with Masha on getting it done. We need to have stencils by August 15th.

2. Sign:
What needs to be done: Masha will send us an Illustrator drawing in a couple of days. The frame has to be done, and el-wire needs to be added to it. I found a place online selling custom el-wires by ft, and asked Masha to do a sketch using given pallet (it seems like el-wires only exist in 10 colors). Pasha, did I do everything to your liking? Duralight is being held hostage in MMOMA, as they decided to prolong the Masha's excibition till 17th. If you think that we should use duralight after all, we can always buy it here.

3. Generator
Need to be tested. Gasoline need to be bought . Box needs to be made. Somebody need to take over this project from Igor.

5. Furniture
I got our last year air furniture from Igor. He claims that it is gone bad. I will blow it up, clean it and see if we can still use it. Depending on the results I will order more.  We need to make 2-3 coffee tables (well, tea tables, actually). Pasha, are you up for it? Also, Andrei, is your gray round table still alive? It was very useful last year.
Yura, we are counting on your buddah lamp, right?

6. Kitchen
Unsolved issues:
My second stove has to get fixed (Lesha, I vaguely remember, that you promised to help there almost a year ago :) )
Modular: do we buy the drawers or do we take ours? Maybe we should take ours, I am very hesitant to spend community money on it.
Food and drink - are coming in a separate post
Sink: need frame. Pasha?
Table. We need one more table for kitchen.Pasha and Katya, do you still have yours from last year?
We also need 2-3 plastic bins to go to the tearooms with water mixed with baking soda.

7. DJ Booth
Irina is giving her table, right? Amps are in place, turn tables are in place. I have several Ganesha -themed tapestries, that can go on the backdrop. I also have a lamp that will work well on DJ desk.

8. Shower
Gleb, can you please open the shower and see that it still alive? You will also need to check pumps and put new batteries in. The floor project is still an open question. Who wants to go to Home Depot this weekend to look for the floor containers and mesh wire?

9. Tearoom
Everything is in place, except, well, tea. Olya, last year you and Misha did a great job buying tea (still drinking the leftovers). Can you do the same this year? Please do not forget to volunteer your decorative kettles, samovars. We had 2 last year from Gulia and Irina, right?  Also, we need to get about 10 cups for just in case. I will make a Goodwill run.

10. Main Structure and Floors
Igor needs to buy an additional structure, as agreed.
We need to get carpets (who will volunteer to organize it?)
How much tarp do we need, and do we have it?

11. Recycling
Plastic bins for recycling and stuff. Please volunteer your bins. Gleb, I think your blue laundry basket, that we did not take last year, would go well for cans recycling. We still need containers for trash, plastic and glass (another Gleb's basket?) and burnables. Masha will bring can crusher.

12. Camp building / Infrastructure needs
Igor, we need an exact list of, well, stuff - what do we need to take - reebars, poles, ropes, tools...

13. Camp turn down
We need a plan. Who will be there, what are we turning down on Sunday, who is left on Monday.

14. Misc.
X-mas lights , glowsticks, what else?

15 Budget
Ira, how are we doing there? We need to start reimburse people. Are we fitting in?
