There are couple of things you need to remember, when opening the discussion:
1. This layout is used to evaluate our knowledge of BRC realities.
2. The layout will change depending on the sun and wind factors, and real life conditions
Even without considering the whole Tearoom business we did not have enough space last year. Fact: we like to hang out in the camp during the high heat time of the day. Fact: we need more shade.
So, the suggestion is to get 2 more pieces of structure AND BE DONE WITH IT FOREVER.
Last year we were supposed to have 18 people (I think) and had 25 and we did not have enough communal space with all the visitors. This year we are having 20-25. So, do the math.
So. Necessary notes for the drawing: Blue background - carpet
Red border - new structure.
Approximate cost for the additional structure - $350
